Our services are offered with transparent rates, clear cancellation policies, and a strong commitment to professionalism and ethics.
Standard minimums:
- Hourly with a 2‑hour minimum.
- Overtime billed in 30‑minute increments.
- On‑site jobs may include travel time and parking.
- Weekend/after‑hours surcharges may apply.
Cancellation:
- More than 48 hours’ notice: No fee.
- Within 48–24 hours: 50% of the booked time.
- Within 24 hours or no-show: 100% of the booked time.
- Force majeure excepted.
Code of Ethics:
